INTEGRA at a glance

Ed San George, MPA, PCAM, formed the future INTEGRA Management Corp. as a graduate student in 1983, pursuing an opportunity to manage a single community association. Today, Mr. San George has more than 40 of years of experience in consultation and providing management and financial services for common interest realty associations throughout New Jersey and parts of Pennsylvania. The firm is presently responsible for providing management services for over 14,000 units in more than 140 communities and is staffed with more than 45 employees consisting of trained managers, accountants, bookkeepers and clerks who collectively and consistently deliver competent and courteous services to our client associations.

As an influential force in the evolution of the association management industry, INTEGRA Management Corp. has set high standards for management and financial services. Decades of experience mean that our staff have seen myriad management challenges and solutions for all types of community associations. In the process, we’ve established and defined a management program and a financial reporting product that are time-tested, effective, informational and results oriented.

  • Established INTEGRA Management Corp. in 1983
  • 40 years of experience in consulting and management services for NJ common interest realty associations
  • Member of the executive committee of the Center for Real Estate at Rutgers University and teaching the first-ever course in property management
  • PCAM designation from the Community Associations Institute
  • Has held various leadership roles for CAI, including being a past president of the NJ chapter and currently serving the national organization as Vice Chair of the NJ Legislative Action Committee; member of the Task Forces on Structural Integrity and Safety and the International Reserve Studies Standards
  • Honored with CAI-NJ Distinguished Service Award & nationally for achievement in government and public policy

Controller

Karen Spendley, CPA, MBA, is the controller and has been employed by INTEGRA for over 35 years.

Timothy Clewell, CMCA, PCAM
Senior Regional Managing Director

Timothy Clewell, CMCA, PCAM, currently serves as Senior Regional Managing Director and has been employed by INTEGRA for over 35 years.

Michael Flippin, CMCA, AMS, PCAM
Urban–Regional Managing Director

Michael Flippin, CMCA, AMS, PCAM, is the Urban–Regional Managing Director and has been employed by INTEGRA for over 20 years.

Michael H. Sutterlin, CMCA, PCAM
Regional Managing Director

Michael H. Sutterlin, CMCA, PCAM, has been employed by INTEGRA for over 25 years and currently holds the position of Regional Managing Director.

John A. C. Johnson, MBA, CMCA
Director of New Business and Operations

John A. C. Johnson, MBA, CMCA, joined INTEGRA in 2019 and currently serves as the Director of New Business and Operations.
